INVESTING IN NET ZERO

Enviro-Clean is at the forefront of the drive towards achieving the industry goal of Net Zero by 2040. Through our continued investment programme, we have identified and implemented cutting-edge technologies and the best plant and equipment to meet the challenging demands of our clients while reducing environmental impact.

Treatment Plant

The D:MAX is ready for action quickly and easily, due to rapid set-up, minimal footprint, and our continuous focus on transfer point technology. Our Project Management approach ensures that the plan is delivered fully operational and on time. Reduced volumes of waste going to landfill, and reduced transport costs allow you to save money from the start. This results in a reduction of up to 90% in disposal costs. Reduced transport costs are realised as the mobile D:MAX can travel between sites eliminating the requirement to transport waste to a central processing facility.

Recycler

Water can be sucked up from any location; sewers, drains, WWTW tanks, rivers etc into the recycler. Water and debris that is sucked up is separated inside the Recycler truck so that the debris stays in the debris tank for disposal and the separated water is used for the purpose of sewer cleaning.

The jetting hose is inserted into the sewer via a manhole and the Recycled water is pumped through the jetting hose and jetting nozzle at the end of the hose. This process effectively power washes the inside of the sewer and pulls the debris from the sewer to the manhole. The truck is continuously sucking from the manhole and automatically recycling the water and waste sucked from the manhole.

Pipe Rehabilitation

Patch Lining and Pipe Rehabilitation offers a highly efficient and cost-effective approach to pipe repair, whether above or below ground. Whether through a patch liner of up to 3 metres in diameter for localised areas of concern or a full-length section of up to 250 metres to strengthen an entire pipe section these methods offer exciting options for our clients. These solutions are versatile and capable of returning all pipe types to full operational integrity. Most commonly used in the water industry, we have repaired sewer, surface, and effluent pipes, returning them to full operational integrity.

The ‘no-dig’ process ensures minimal disruption to your sites or the public roads. Without the need for open excavations, there is no risk of utility strikes, fewer hazards, and no requirement for TTRO permits or Complex Traffic Management. This straightforward system enables prompt repairs, preventing further damage, avoiding pollution to local watercourses, and quickly resetting critical industrial processes.

HVO Fuel

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have adopted HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) fuel, a renewable, low-carbon alternative to traditional diesel. HVO fuel reduces greenhouse gas emissions by up to 90% compared to conventional diesel. It is also biodegradable and non-toxic, making it a cleaner, safer choice for the environment and operational efficiency.

Currently, we are proud to fully utilise HVO fuel across all plant and machinery at Shieldhall WWTW, marking a vital step in our journey to reduce our carbon footprint. Looking ahead, Enviro-Clean plans to expand the use of HVO fuel across our entire fleet, further aligning with the industry’s Net Zero targets and ensuring a greener, more sustainable future for all.
