Doug Hamilton, our Non- Executive Director has been with Enviro-clean since 2024. He played an important role in setting up a governance structure and initiating business planning as Enviro-Clean navigates through a continuous period of growing and developing, whilst ensuring we are still meeting the needs of the company.

Prior to joining Enviro-Clean, Doug obtained many personal achievements throughout his career. He began business life as a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and has added to this with other qualifications, including a NEBOSH General Certificate and a NEBOSH Certificate in Health & Safety Leadership Excellence.

The first half of Doug’s career was within the Water industry as a Project Manager and Director, delivering large value capital projects and programmes. His career diversified in the early 2000’s towards a role as Business consultant, specialising in behavioural changes within project and construction teams.

Bringing this wealth of experience to Enviro-Clean, he has the ability to understand what a strong performance looks like across all business delivery areas throughout the company. This is coupled with the ability to analyse and understand successful behavioural patterns, while working towards creating and achieving positive change through enhanced leadership.

As Enviro-Clean navigates through continued growth, Doug’s wealth of knowledge and expertise has enabled the change and development of Enviro-Clean to excel. As our company thrives, Doug has been a critical asset to the team and to the company’s future, and from this, secured his position on the Board of Directors.
