Marie McParland, our HR Director has been a valued member of Enviro-Clean since 2016. Throughout her time here, she has been vital in driving the development of Enviro-Cleans Human Resources department, ensuring cultural change and employer support within our company.

Coming from a background as a Senior Scientist and Quality Manager with a BSc Hons in Industrial Chemistry, Marie embraced change, followed her passion for people and succeeded in completing a Level 5 Associate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Beginning as our HR Advisor and leading the department as our HR Manager, Marie has been the backbone of Enviro-Clean, serving as a bridge between management and employees, providing strength and support in many ways to all employees and instrumental in maintaining a high level of professionalism while ensuring compliance with company standards.

While having Marie on board, we have seen exceptional incline within our employee growth and her unwavering dedication to Enviro-Clean and the business’s future has proudly positioned her on the Board of Directors.
